Her expertise is rooted in over three years in mental health field, and she also Mental Health Practitioner at Telekyanmar, delivering telehealth-based clinical services. She later assumed the role of MHPSS Program Manager at MYEO, overseeing strategy development and implementation of mental health and psychosocial support programs. She also worked a facilitator and trainer in MHPSS, mhGAP, and advocacy programs, strengthening the capacity of health workers and community members.
Therapy:
She utilizes multiple evidence-based modalities, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). She incorporates self-compassion–based therapeutic approaches, expressive arts such as music and drama, and Integrative Adapt Therapy (IAT). She is also trained in mhGAP-based mental health support, enabling her to provide structured and culturally adaptable interventions.
